Terms & SMS Terms

These terms cover zielolabs.com, our demos and our text-messaging services, operated by Zielo Labs LLC, a Utah limited liability company. Work for a client is also covered by the written agreement with that client.

Text messaging program (Zielo Labs crew texts)

• What it is. Crew members text job updates (for example, "Hendersons done, 3 guys, 4.5 hrs") to a Zielo Labs number. We reply to confirm the job or ask a clarifying question, and we may send the business owner an end-of-day summary.
• How you opt in. You opt in by sending a text to our number yourself. Business owners opt in to receive summaries by giving us their mobile number for that purpose. We do not text people who have not opted in, and we do not send marketing texts.
• Frequency. Message frequency varies. Most messages are replies to texts you send.
• Costs. Message and data rates may apply.
• Stop. Reply STOP at any time to stop messages from that number. You'll get one message confirming you've been unsubscribed.
• Help. Reply HELP for help, or email andrew@zielolabs.com.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your number and messages. No mobile information is shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Using our website and demos

• Demos use fictional sample data and are provided as-is, for evaluation.
• Don't misuse our services, try to break them, or send content that is unlawful or harmful.
• Our website content, demos and software belong to Zielo Labs. You keep ownership of the information you send us.

Disclaimers and liability

Our website and demos are provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, Zielo Labs is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the website or demos.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Utah law.
