Privacy Policy
Zielo Labs LLC, a Utah limited liability company ("Zielo Labs", "we", "us"), builds automations for small businesses. This policy explains what we collect through zielolabs.com, our demos and our text-messaging services, and how we use it.
What we collect
- Contact details you send us through our website forms or by email, such as your name, company, email, phone number and message.
- Text messages. If you text one of our numbers, we receive your mobile number and the content of your messages.
- Business information a client asks us to work with, such as job notes, price lists and customer names, used only to provide that client's service.
- Visit counts. Our website counts page views without cookies and without storing IP addresses.
How we use it
- To respond to you, run our demos and provide the services our clients ask for. For example, we read a crew's text to create a job record and send a reply or summary.
- To keep our services secure and working.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.
Text messaging and your mobile number
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent are never shared with any third party. We use your mobile number only to send and receive the messages for the service you are using.
Service providers
We use a small number of providers to run our services, only for that purpose and under their confidentiality and security terms: Twilio (sending and receiving text messages), Netlify (website hosting and storage), Anthropic (AI that reads a message to turn it into a job record) and Google Workspace (email).
How long we keep it
We keep information only as long as needed to provide the service you or your employer asked for, or as required by law. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.
Your choices
- Reply STOP to any text to stop receiving messages from that number.
- Email andrew@zielolabs.com to see, correct or delete your information.
